About Kaarina
I founded Kranzbolaget to help companies navigate change. Since then, I have led turnaround programmes, finance transformations and M&A integrations, and developed finance functions in both entrepreneur-led companies and international corporate groups.
I combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Having been a business owner myself, I know first-hand how decisions affect both people and profitability. That's why I work pragmatically, close to the business, with a clear focus on results.
Alongside my consulting work, I serve as a board director at Sparbanken i Enköping, with responsibilities spanning risk, capital and governance.
